The Winners of the 7th Challenge Are... (With Banners)
Sorry for the tardiness guys, it really couldn't be helped. The banners are not ready yet (as I only had time to prepare this post now, haven't sent in my request for the banners according to these results yet) so I'll keep you posted on when they become available. Also, I should warn you, our lovely banner maker will be going on a trip for a bit, so we'll be having to live without banners (until further notice) for some time, but we'll make do! Here are the results!

Beth is standing in Josef's office, fuming about the five dozen roses he had sent to her at work.
To make matters worse, she's now staring at a very impressive looking engagement ring in an open box on his desk.
"Don't you think you're taking April Fools a little too far?"
"I should say the same about you and Mick."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"All right, I give in. The roses were from me, but that ring was supposed to be from Mick, five weeks ago. Do us all a favor, Beth. Take the ring and marry the fool."

For some strange reason, Mick woke up in the middle of the day. A little grumpy and hungry, he got out of the freezer to see if Beth was wandering around anywhere. He stumbled upon some pants and darned them before making his way downstairs. He found a note on the counter.
"Mick. I'm sorry. Josef and I just click better. -Beth"
He stood there and stared at it for a bit before going back upstairs to place himself back in his freezer. Opening the door, there was Beth in nothing but his shirt. "April Fools." Beth winked; Mick smirked.

"This is like a bad joke, Beth," Dr. Horn said, wrapping her wrist. "As if anything like that existed."
Beth tried to think up another way of explaining the two perfectly round holes in her wrist. "Then how do you explain these?"
Dr. Horn looked and her and shook his head. "Barbed wire has been known to do that." He looked past her for a moment as the exam door opened. "You are the one who brought Beth in?" he asked Mick. "Why don't you tell her vampires are a bad April Fool's joke?"
Holding the door, Mick smiled. "Exactly."

This challenge has no member's choice and/or mod's choice, I apologize for the lack of member's choice, that's my fault and for a mod's choice there has to be 3+ drabbles (the mod's drabbles aren't taken into account) so that's not my fault :-P. Actually, I've decided to remove the member's choice award until further notice. Why? Well, as much as I love given a single member the choice to pick their favorite, I don't like having to remember (my memory? not so good) and track the person down when the challenge is on. I would hope the person to keep a watch on each challenge to see if it is his/her turn, but since there seems to be no way to reconcile or guarantee this, that award will be suspended until further notice.
