Saying Sorry
A toilet cleaner is as human as a director.
And when you do something wrong, you apologise. Simple as that.
It does not mean a director is flawless and supreme can-do-no -wrong godly mother fucker.
I am choked full of faults myself, but I do not think myself superior to people who are at the "bottom of the hierarchy". It's saddening and I don't know if I'd ever get used to it.
