Countdown to NZ: 7 days
Friends ask if I am excited as I am leaving for the Sheep Country very soon. I am not all that excited. I am definitely happy about it, of course. But I honestly don't feel anything now. The kick will come in due time, I know.
I'm pretty happy that I am almost all prepared for the trip. I know I am prepared cos I said "have already" to all bf's reminders on things to bring along for the trip. Feeling very loved these days.
OH! And gf Mich Tay told me to get a pepper spray as a protection against Richmond. HAHAHAH!! :x
P/S: Mich & I went to Beer Market last Friday & it was bleah. Band was bad and food was so-so. Not keen for a next time. I only enjoyed my time there because of the company I had :)

I attended Eileen's daddy's wake this evening. We aren't very close, but I felt compelled to send my regards to her in person. She, along with Joyce, were the kindest people to me during my stint in SW company. I take comfort in the fact that her dad passed away peacefully.
I looked at her mother and thought to myself how I don't even want to imagine how it would feel like losing my husband of xx years :'(
Ok that was an oxymoron.
