so i wrote this incredibly passionate and telling essay about myself for my open topic essay for Emory. i thought it was really much better than anything else i've ever done. it expressed what i felt, and i wrote it in a different style than i was used to (more narrative and descriptive-like instead of more explicative). yet my parents found it ( Read more... )

lol thanks! :-) hehe. i miss u 2! next time you come down we'll have to try to catch a movie or coffee or whatever else "adults" say to have an excuse to hang out. (although, knowing ur parent situation, idk if ur coming down anytime soon. lol)

thanks! yea but my rents were saying that i would be going into their school with them knowing that i would be limited on saturdays. (so why would they want to accept a student that is like that?)

but isn't that counterbalanced by the fact that you became so religious due to a camp? a camp, considered to be a place of socializing and such? therefore, you'd be doing stuff on saturdays, just maybe with different people, and since all universities spew this diversity stuff everywhere...

yea i guess so. idk i guess they might see that but its a stretch to assume a college would realize that when they have so many other applicants to review. ya know? (but valid arguments. i like!)
