Hey, i made it. I'm the world's greatest.

So now we know who's the winner of World Cup 2010. Yes, it's Spain. Congratulations. I'm sorry for the Netherlands. You did well but...but... I'm sorry. *cries*

World Cup 2010 is now end. There's so many feeling mix in a month. I had a chance to watch the Final match. I shouldn't have watched it though since i have 8AM class today and i have to wake up at 6AM. But it's WC final, i MUST watch it. I had only one hour of sleep before the match being and one more hour before i wake up. So, i slept only 2 hours last night. I don't feel sleepy though. I wasn't surprised seeing only few people came to class today. It seems most of them watch the match last night. Only World Cup can do this. Only World Cup can bring people who's never or rarely interested in football to watch it. It's incredible. Also the fan in the stadium, they're all sitting altogether, right? No separation. This is amazing!

This time WC i spend almost the whole time on Facebook, updating the score, the match, anything about WC. I received lots of comments and feedback of the match and all. It's all cool since we live far but internet brings us together! It's cooler than last time. Well, it cannot be compared. WC2006, i was in high-school. During that time, every morning when i walked in classroom, there were always my male friends chatting about football. They sometimes bragged and teased. I kinda disliked that at the moment but now when i look back at it, it was a fantastic time - having a friend who like the same thing to talk to. This year, most of my uni friends are girl and they're not much into football. (some of them watch football though but, you know, not a football fan. Just watch sometimes) So the atmosphere is kinda different. But WC still fascinating.

About the team and players:
- I'm sad Italy go back home so early. And i'll miss Canna for sure. I miss the last time seeing Pirlo hugging Canna from behind waiting for the penalty that sent them to be the winner. Oh, Azzurri, good luck next time!
- Uruguay. This is my new favorite national team. It's also my first time watching them play. They're awesome. Diego Forlan, Diego Lugano and Jorge Fucile (awww, i just know we were born on the same day! But not the same year, hehe) are my favorites. They played so well. Your future is so bright, Uruguay!
- Diego Benaglio (Hmm, "Diego" again. Dear Me, what's so attractive about Diego? XD) Swiss' goalkeeper. OMG, he's probably the most good-looking goalie in the world cup. :P
- Micho's goal. I was half-asleep at the time. Suddenly i heard the commentator said "Goal!!". I opened my eyes and saw Micho's flying. Awwwww, dream comes true, yay? I was so glad for him. <3
- Germany. Oh, Deutschland. How can i put all of my feelings into words. I can sum up only I Love You. <3<3<3 You can see my love for Germany NT here.
- Thomas Muller!! Oh, yes, from unknown kid to a legend. He won Adidas Golden Boot and Best Young Player Award! He deserves them! He deserves something back home.
- Holger Badstuber or Holger Biebstuber. LOL All Holger fan seem to agree that Holger's hair is like Justin Bieber so he's got the name Biebstuber. XD This badass got my attention for, at least, 2 months now. And seems he will never stop being attractive. :P

Almost forgot Vuvuzela. I first think it's annoying but after few matches, i'm familiar with it and think it's unique. It's like the sign of "hey, WC match's gonna start now". :P

I can't miss this one, Paul the Octopus. You're goddamn psychic. How could you predict all 8 matches correctly? It's like whoever you pick, they're gonna win for you! I'm gonna eat cha, Paul. XD

Lastly, i'll miss you WC. I'll miss being late at night just to see you. I'll miss new born stars. I'll miss the atmosphere... It's sad that it ends but we all know it will start again. :')

How's your WC like? Do you meet any new favorite?
