I think we can all agree that gas prices are insane! And that when you are unemployed and in school you are slowly draining your savings account to nada.
I need money. I have to get a summer job! Which, I did. I'm working at Kmart, but I have a feeling I'm not oging to like it. Of course, not a lot of people like their jobs... I'm just scared that I'm going to get fired or something... or do something stupid! As I usually do. But as long as I'm making money, I'll be happy.
Along with a job comes less free time. It sucks that I won't be able to work on drawings as much as I want to over the summer, but I hardly work on them now! I was thinking that without the stress of school after graduation I'd be able to start drawing some more... but with a job I will have less time to do that.
I want to work full-time, too. Kmart only does part-time, but I want to apply for another job soon. NACSCORP was where my sister worked and she worked full-time and got paid well. So, I'm going to try there. But the thing is I'd feel bad working there and wuitting Kmart after like a month... Ah well. Especially since I've spent so much time there already for interviews and filling out forms, etc.
I'm starting training this week, so wish me luck! I also need to get this whole paycard/direct deposit thing fixed... which is frustrating the hell out of me. AND I need shoes for prom as well as a graduation dress!
