Lovely. Just lovely. I love all of the different shades of blue. I love how you make it blend but don't make it so overpowering to the eye. It's not BLURINYOURFACEOMFG, it's more like Bluuuuuuue.

I LOVE the proportions. She looks REAL. She has a REAL BODY.

Hmm~ it seems like you're going towards a Gen 13 type look? I may be totally wrong though but american/anime-ish reminds me of that.
