Painting!
So, baby time is getting closer and I thought I should go ahead and post the painting I finished last week.
Don't get TOO excited, I didn't really draw this. I used a coloring page I found online. It took me FOREVER to find something I actually wanted to paint. I did have to fill out a bunch of details... but most of the design was the coloring page. I taped it to the back of a canvas and did my best to trace the design.
I then painted it with acrylics I had lying around. Some of the colors were custom mixed! :D I was quite happy with it.
Then, I hung it above the dresser/changing table unit we bought. That monster took Mitch and I two hours to put together last Saturday! It was crazy! But.. it looks way good, so I'm excited :)
We're getting close to time to deliver. My due date is September 29th, which is 6 days away! But... the baby may come at anytime now. She's already 7 and a half pounds, but they want her to get to 8 pounds before I deliver if at all possible. Apparently, they can tell that's her healthiest weight.
I'm also getting more nauseated and sicker as the days go by. Must be all the hormones getting ready. Not excited about that...
