PPS - and I'd cook more. Our greatest sin is eating out.
Though I steer us toward local, independent businesses, and I order vegetarian (90% of the time), I know we'd still have a smaller eco-print if we cooked for ourselves at home. On the upside, I finally opened our three-year-old crockpot that was still in its packaging, and made myself lunches for the week.
