I'm so happy I'm home I can just hardly stand it. Sleep is such a wonderful thing. Sometimes you don't know what you have until it's violently taken from you. Typography class just had me so strung out this semester that I literally felt like I was dragging my feet just to get around. (Three full magazines in two weeks, printed and put together. *stabs self in eye*) But, ah, now I can relax and spend some quality time with my Wii..oh and friends and family, them too.
I'm kinda upset that I couldn't make it to Lawrence's graduation or party, (his birthday is coming up, I'll make it up to him) and we just got Ariana's graduation announcement, like, uh, three hours after the ceremony started. So, yeah, congratulations hon. *claps* Don't you just love the speed of our postal system.-_-
Btw, Ariana, I don't know what you're doing this summer, but if you do come home, be sure to call me so I can at least *try* to come and see you. I've completed the impossible task of locating Barbara, (Yay! She emerged from her hut in the desert! Yay!) so maybe we could go to a movie or something? Just a thought.
I'm going to try to be a bit more active this summer, as I did absolutely *nothing* last summer, so I'll be trying to make up for it. Admittedly, it'd be easier if there were actually anything to *do* in this God forsaken county, but there you have it.
Ok, going to bed now so I can at least try to get up a little earlier tomorrow (10am) than usual (Noon. HA!) so mom and I can do something before "all the stores close."
Feh, Mommy thinks she's funny.
