Life in 10.
1. I'm still sad that I couldn't go to Chicago to visit yj. It would have been an extremely welcomed retreat that weekend.
2. I'm broke. Still. But this time I'm broker than I ever have been at the end of a quarter.
3. I have never gotten surgery before. Now I need toe surgery because of some freak bone that got lodged in my joint due to a torn ligament. Lamest first surgery ever.
4. It's not "necessary" or a medical emergency. I can supposedly live with the bone there, but the swelling won't ever go down and I will forever be a gimp unless I get it done, says the doctor. Never climb again? Please.
5. In the meantime I'm trying to get back to work until my surgery is scheduled due to number 2. aforementioned.
5. I hate Irvine more than I did my freshman year. Frequent drives and night excursions are absolutely necessary.
6. The pub has also proven to be a nice little necessity.
7. Bay area this weekend to visit family (brother's birthday and my mother is coming back from Korea) and Betty's graduation. Congrats Betty I still hate you for graduating HS early and getting into UCB (:
