Things are finally in place and my computer is almost back up to date. Rebuilding a computer from the OS up is always a pain, though after doing it a few times I have a system in place.
Since I wanted simply to check if my Sonar software works with the new Windows, I recorded a simple less-than-one minute track of a song I created back in October when I was part of a songwriting class.
This is the track; no modificiations and a first-time attempt. No editing, etc. I think you can definitely hear the quality of the mike, and the fact that its an MP3 made a HUGE difference!
