Interview for Hiroshima Jogakuin University

Feb 03, 2013 12:11

My interview for Hiroshima was Friday.  I was so scared, but I think it went well.  I felt better when I realized Saito-sensei was one of the people interviewing me.

It didn't really feel like I was being evaluated.  They didn't ask too many of the typical questions.  I think the only thing they asked was why I want to go to Japan and what my financial situation is.  Other than that, we basically talked logistics.  We talked about passports and the cost of my apartment (cheaper than at the other two universities).  I wrote in my application essay that I would like to work part time if possible while in Japan, and we talked about whether it'd be possible.  It was as if they'd already decided to send me, but I won't officially find out until this week.

I can't wait to I know for sure!
