Agreed, Aras was a total bonehead, but it seems there is a lack of desire with these particular girls (Danielle and Courtney) to take a big step like that. I think they believe it would put a target on them and it might, but I also think you're probably right about Cirie. She really played up that teary card at Tribal council.
Also, it just seems to me that my gender always thinks they 'need' a man around to help them win challenges. Which possibly yes but the season with Ami, Vanuatu?, showed that the women could win and could compete without men. But they just didn't stick with it when they merged.
Honestly, I would have thought getting to just 'vote Shane home' would have been great. No pressure vote! Harmony within the tribe for at least a day! Geez Aras, you're pretty but you're kinda dumb. I hope you pull something out soon...

Sally didn't necessarily piss me off, she did do the right thing.. but I just wouldn't have been so ..lax? when handling that fishing spear or at least started out in shallower water with it. Maybe she was bleary eyed with hunger, I dunno but damn, that was just a sucky move.

Huh, you're getting a slow on the uptake vibe from Nick? He did go with the alliance, didn't he? Or do you think he's going to waffle? Austin noted how he and Nick were in the middle and he seemed stressed by it. I thought it could be positive, being the swing vote while the others don't realize that you are just yet. I mean, Terry and Sally came to Austin, so that's got to a good thing, right?

You like Ruth-Marie also? Funny, my hubby likes her too. I like her, she seems like Tina (the winner, not the latest Tina), quietly taking in what's going on, but friendly enough. She pulls her weight too, that's one buff mama.

Wonder if Bruce found that idol? they didn't show him after the scene of him doing his katas.

Also, are you not watching CSI?

Ok, gotcha.

Re Aras: I could be crude but even if I was they still wouldn't let us see it. *ahem* Let's just hope he tones down his 'let's be honest approach' a little. It didn't do much for Ian.

I'll have to agree with you on the shake up of tribes again. I think they've noticed that people do see a pattern emerging quickly when the tribes are left as they are and then there isn't too much drama beyond spats and such. So shaking up the groups makes the game more interesting because alliances can't be kept when people get separated.
