ok so some tips that i can give you is that.. at my practices we sit in each split for a minute and a half (all 3 of them) and do each jump 25 in a row.. maybe take some gymnastic classes... do yoga that will get you really flexible... and go running and sing a song or do a cheer while doing it (biuld you lungs up)... and also you can lift weights.. join a gym maybe?
