ok, so first of all, i would like to comment that dear zach, mark, and eileen are not holding up their part of the whole live journal bargain, and arent updating. bastards. but i only have 11 min to update so i have to go really fast and try to mention everything.
ok, so the a,ericans in my program kinda suck. i mean, matt i love...tony smokes too much for life, so i dont hang out with him, like ver, and he's already cheated on his gf..a major turnoff. then the girls i never really liked in the first place, but here's the best part. after switching programs and moving into my house now, i met antionio, my colloque (roomate) who's italian. he invited me out with some of his friends, also italian, and his french gf. we all hit it off from the start, and now i'm really good friends with a bunch of italians in paris. who would have thought? but what's horrible is that except for 2 of them, they all speak english, not making me actually speak french. but now they're making lme speak french, and it's well...working, kind of. but it's really fun bc i get to meet a lot of clarice's (antonio's gf) friends, who are all french, who all mostely speak english. damn europe and they're speaking more than one language! but it's good, bc now i dont look like a dumbass who cant speak properly. so far i've gone to an african music performance at this bar, a modern danse performance, seen a jazz/swing group, and gone ice skating at the huge rink in front of Hotel de Ville. the equivalent of ice skating at rockerfeller center in nyc. it was a lot of fun, and i met so many nice people, and i joked aroundt hat i want to live in europe bc americans are fat and lawy, and thats why our technology is good, so we can allow ourselves to get fatter and lazier. i was only half joking though. and i know i've only been here a ,onth, but i think i want to have an apartment in europe that i can sublet and live in 1/2 the time!
