Haven't posted in this thing for ages. Wow.
Uh... Weekend, let's see. I finished Chloe's birthda present. It wasn't to the best of my ability-I know if I had some brocade I could have done it better) but she likes it-seemingly. I wish I had done a better job. Darm it.
I finally found a monologue for my audition (On Friday! Ack!) It's a satire of Cassius' speech in Julius Caesar, inferring Brutus to be immoral-but it's now with salad ingredients. It's cute, not very funny, but cute nontheless. I have such trouble finding good monologues too. I was looking for that poetry one in Arthur with the purple orange (ahaha!) but it was-alas- nowhere to be found.
Last Monday choir of the year. Kind of awkward because we didn't have school. I don't think the finality's quite settled in.
Oh, and I bought Michelle's birthday present today (I'm so low on cash, I have to limit myself more-this brings my birthday spending for the past week to $50-that's a whole shift! Ack!) But I really hope she'll like it. I put it all in a Bob the Builder backpack.
And then I came home and did homework. Debates for social elections have started-I'm a candidate, somehow I turned out to be Liberal. The Conservative kid is winning though, because he has all the votes of the Christian majority in his favour. I think I can get them on my side though, if I loosen some policies. I actually did a really funny campaign ad-It had me holding a dinosaur like a baby and stick figures of both opponents with stink lines. It'll be totally awesome. And I goota study. Bah.
