Roswell People
This day began with me waking up at 2ish to find out I was asleep on a couch in the student lounge. After a little thought I decided I would be skipping the 7am boatride to Egmont.
The second awakening was better. This time I awoke in my bed. Natalie and Joe were soon waking as well (They live with me now), and for the first time in my life I started the day with a St. Paulie Girl.
Stephanie has been playing with turtles in Panama for a few weeks now, and will be back on the 26th. Joe and Natalie are living with me now that Guillaume is back where he belongs.
Helfrich has decided once again that Kentucky in the summer is boring, and has decided he may return. I have offered him refuge here in our room. By the end of the month we may have five of us wedged in this sardine can, but I’m sure it’ll be fun.
I will be returning to the desert on August 1 and will stay at least through the 6th, taking time to see Rose’s opening night on the 5th. I will be driving back to Eckerd with a car for my final two college years.
I have just finished the first long conversation with Rose that I have had in two years, and it turns out I feel a lot better. She sounds like she’s doing OK and has some bright things in her future.
I never realize how much can go on while I’m not looking. It seems like everyone in Roswell has gained this whole new chapter in their lives which I never realized existed. I suppose I must have my own new chapter living here with Steph and Hell. Oh well.
As a final note I would like to say that for all the losers out there, here’s your chance to secretly get back at all those people you hated in high school. Join facebook and just wait. You never knew how many assholes from highschool will ask to be your friend. (I just don’t understand, you do your best to show them that you hate their lifestyle, their comments, or their overall stupidity, and for some reason they thinks you will put your little picture on their page of trophy friends)
