It's been so wonderful to be home. I just...I've been so lazy. I've gotten done 2 of the 3 goals I had for this break, and I'm working on the 3rd. So it's productive laziness.
I'm a walking oxymoron! :D
So, aside from the academics? Things accomplished this past month:
-learned I could fry calamari all by myself
-played RockBand!
-taught Greg how to ice skate
-went shopping with all my friends for the first time in God knows how long - I missed them more than anything
-discovered that makeover shows are truly my reality TV weakness
-went clubbing with Kelly!!! Yay!!!
My friend Kelly had birthday week from Jan. 4 till about Jan. 8, lol. The first of the Superheroes to turn 22! We had never gone clubbing before, but I took her to the place we took the Italian kids dancing downtown, Twenty, and she loved it. Thursday the 8th when we went with all our friends, and nobody was there! It was like we had rented the place out for a private party, but it was just us on a deserted night! We had a great time. A highlight was probably how Emma requested "Baby Got Back" as the last song of the night, and during the line "36-24-36? Only if she's 5'3"!" EVERYONE pointed at me, while I pointed to myself and danced like a fool into the middle of the circle. :D
Counting down the days till Saturday...although I shouldn't because I need to go back to school the next day...
