i've been researching medical assistant programs in the area. there's one called the Ross Medical Training School that has an accredited program where I could be certified in 30 weeks. there's also the phlebotomy program at LCC That i'm considering, although i think that it would make more sense to get as much training from one program as possible, given i can afford to take the other course.
thursday nights have turned into co-worker hang out night for about the past month or so. around 10pm, everyone convenes at the house for an all around unhealthy but oh so fun evening that more often than not rides into the early morning hours. i kind of like this time a lot. what a collection we are. thursday nights will have to be at someone else's house now due to amanda's schedule at work where she comes home at 10:30pm thursday night only to return to work at 6am friday morning. ugh. that's not much fun at all. we used to have fridays off. this change makes me sad.
time to watch some simpsons and curl up with xi.
