[[[Doctor Who]]]: I actually want to cut River's heart out with a spoon, simply 'cuz it'll hurt more! TruFax! *lol* She grates on my nerves loike WHOOOOA! :D No likey Joan either. She was tons of callous! I liked Astrid well enough, not so much with Christina though (I think it has something more to do with Michelle Ryan's lack of natural talent and line delivery, rather than anything to do with the character itself, however).
I too am all about Ten and Jack and Donna and Wilf (sob) though. Why you no like Mickey or Jackie though? Too whiny for ya? *grin*
Funny thing, though. I think IIII AM a Rose/Donna hybrid TOO! YAY! *huggles* I only wish I was ACTUALLY ginger. ;)
[[[Angel]]]: I've pretty full-on hated Cordy ever since she was on Buffy and slowly driving Xander insane, with all her annoying tics and vapid-yet-bullying behavior. \
And yet I am one of the few people who thinks S1 was the high. You had the ultra cool Doyle, and Angel, and Cordy, who was NOT being a total whining douchebag for a change (or at least not as much as she was while back on Buffy or would later be during the whole Conner debacle)...And I like the streamlined aspect of those three and that being it. It also was what initially set the show apart from Buffy and its needlessly over-sized Scooby gang.
[[[Moonlight]]]: Gonna be frank. Wasn't too broken up about this one going. It could have something to do with the stilted dialogue and sorta mediocre acting. And this is coming from someone who actually LOVED Sophia Myles ('Beth') when she guested on Doctor Who (as the Madame de Pompadore on 2x04).
But, IMHO, she and Alex didn't have good natural chemistry like she had with David. Instead of fully inhabiting their roles, they looked like two actors acting out parts, as opposed to EMBODYING the characters as if those chcaracters were REAL people.
Besides...David PWNS Alex any day of the week and in just about every category (looks, talent, accent).... :D *lol* *grin*
Doctor Who: Yeah, I'm not crazy about Jackie & Mickey. Whiny is a good word. :)
Angel: I like seasons 1 & 2. I agree with you about Cordy. I can't stand her after season 2.
Moonlight: I liked it well enough. I was totally obsessed while it was airing and devastated when it got canceled. But now I see the flaws. I don't want it back now.
BTW, I totally got in trouble over at time_and_chips for calling Moffat Herr Moff. Whoops. I wasn't even thinking; I'm so used to calling him that now. Oh well.
Why'd you get in trouble for THAT (the Herr Moff, thing that is)? Did they tell you why? 'Coz it seems a mite ridiculous to yell at you for simply repeating something I said... :S
