Want to know what I'm doing? It's noon, I'm still in a bathrobe, drinking my coffee, getting ready for a "me" day before heading down to Miami for the weekend!!
Dropped Mike off at my parents' house yesterday and went out for a really fun dinner and drinks last night. Slept in until 10:30 today. I felt ridiculously decadent, lazy and wonderful. Now I am headed to Alice's Tea Cup for a pot of tea and a pumpkin scone and a book (alone!) before getting a mani pedi and then heading to the airport.
Rory and I will be spending 3 nights at the Delano on Miami Beach to celebrate our 30th birthdays (which are 3 weeks apart). Pina coladas and beach during the day, Cuban food and salsa at night.
It doesn't get much better than this.
