This whole thing was so wonderful! I saw on tumblr where you said you ended the fic differently from the original story, so I was pretty sure they'd end up together, but I still got soooo nervous when I started reading the epilogue! And I think it absolutely made sense for you to change the end for the context of this story-- not just because it's Kurt and Blaine and of course we want them to be together, but because it couldn't end like the original. Yes, Winnie loved Jesse, but she could still go back to her parents and fall in love again and live out a normal life, whereas Blaine could never do that. Once he realized he was gay, Kurt and the Hummels were the only option he had for happiness. But even so, I'm glad you had him take the time to really think it through and to spend a few more years with his parents.
I just really love the way you crafted this story :) It was so beautifully done and I truly enjoyed watching Kurt and Blaine's relationship grow and develop, and especially Blaine's own self-discovery. This was a great read and I'm so glad you shared it with us!
