Liz's back is against the wall, her fingers are wrapped around his tie. They're outside his office (it's late; he's unsure if they should conclude this behind a locked, closed door), and she's not hesitating in returning his kisses (she's not often hesitant when it comes to him anymore). After Jack pulls back, she says:
"This lesson is--"
He cups her breast through her blouse. "The importance of spontaneity."
"I'm already spontaneous."
He kisses her neck. "Hurried makeout sessions in your office with Danny--" Then her mouth. "--and awkward attempts at intercourse on a bus with whomever don't count."
"How do they not count?"
He slides his hand up her thigh, pushing her skirt up a bit more. "Because they didn't result in mutually enjoyable, passionate sex."
"We don't know *this* is going to result in that, either, though."
"It's important to be honest with your lover."
"And that has to do with this how?"
"You shouldn't pretend you're not sure you're going to enjoy this."
"Okay. I believe I'll enjoy it. Now *you* should be honest."
"In what way?"
"Admit that you aren't feeling me up outside your office only for my benefit. That you were in the mood for some tail..." She exhales roughly. "Did I just refer to myself as tail?"
"I've never denied this arrangement benefits me--"
"Yeah, but--"
"Yes, Lemon. Part of the reason I'm doing this is because I want to have sex with you. I assumed that was implied." He kisses her; decides to continue this here. "Turn around--" Another kiss. "--and put your arms on the wall. Unless you believe this session is unnecessary--"
"I'm not saying unnecessary. I'm saying I'm already good at spontaneity." She adds, "Unlike everything else we have done."
"You did seem rather... eager." (He still assumes that's mostly due to him, but he's willing to give her some credit.) "Turn around."
She does.
