It's been a while since they've had sex. Towards the end of her pregnancy, Liz wasn't interested. Then, they were under doctor's orders to not... you know. Go all the way.
So, when Liz walks into the living room after putting their son down for a nap, she isn't surprised that Jack responds to her: "Wanna have sex?" with an affirmative response.
In bed, after they're both naked, as she straddles him:
"My doctor said it would be a good idea for me to be on top. So I can control everything. Don't move, okay? Unless I tell you to."
"I'll do only what you tell me to do. By the way, I'm surprised you've discussed our sex life with someone else." Jack kisses her neck as he caresses her back. "Frankly, I'm still surprised you ever discuss our sex life with me."
"Well, I really only asked when we could start doing it, and she told me all this stuff. But I was not creeped out, so I deserve some credit for that."
