HELL YEAH.

Did you catch up on 30 Rock, btw? (Incidentally, I'm behind on Leverage.)

I am caught up now, yes.

WHAT, HOW DARE YOU GET BEHIND ON THE MAGICAL TIMMY SHOW KNOWN AS LEVERAGE.

It'd be better if Sophie was back though. >.> I like Jeri Ryan and all, but... she's no SOPHIE.

Part of the reason I'm behind is because I don't really like Tara. I don't know if it's because of her character, my natural resistance to change, just missing Sophie, or a combination of the three. In any case, women on TV shows I watch shouldn't have babies until after the show goes off the air! (I kid.)

My fair state is apparently getting hit with 12 - 18 inches of snow, though, so perhaps I will use my home time to catch up. And write fic about Jack and Liz touching each other in their swimsuit areas.

I just realized that mentioning Jack and Liz doing stuff to each other was entirely irrelevant. BUT WHATEVER, I will probably do that tomorrow.

Jack and Liz doing stuff to each other is NEVER IRRELEVANT TO ANYTHING.

Sophie's shown up in all the episodes except for the last one, I think. And I have faith that when she comes back it will be SUPER AWESOME.

But I agree, no more pregnancies during shows.

Dear actresses,

Storyline > your life

THE END.

Love, Kelly

I thought it was funny though when Poppy Montgomery cleverly timed her pregnancy to coincide with the writer's strike, and then came back to work and got to pregend to be pregnant for the rest of the season. I'm sure that was fun. >.>

I do like that she has shown up in the episodes I have seen. But I don't like having to get used to a new person in the team. But maybe I will warm up to Tara anyway.

I heartily endorse your letter, in any case.

Heh, I kind of forgot about that. But I do remember how troubled I was by the writer's strike. It's like I couldn't imagine living without scripted television.

Do you know what today is? Today is magical Timmy show known as Leverage day.

IT IS THE GREATEST DAY EVER.

Also, it is a fact that we cannot live without scripted television. Or at least you and I cannot. We would have eventually died, but then the strike finally ended so... we were saved.

Also I may have suplimented my diet with some British shows during that time. >.> And probably started on some new shows.

BECAUSE I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT SCRIPTED TELEVISION.

I haven't caught up as I planned to. The power keeps going out and robbing me of the use of my DVR for too long chunks of time even after the power comes back on. And I'm having trouble writing fic because of the power going out as well. WHAT IS THE POINT OF BEING HOME IF I CAN'T CATCH UP ON TV AND WRITE PORN. DAMN IT, SNOW.

Now I'm concerned it'll go out during 30 Rock tomorrow. And who am I if I can't watch 30 Rock as it airs?

So, yes, you're right. Living without scripted television is impossible.
