new cast! its not so heavy, and it doesnt go so far up my arm so its more comfortable and easier to get dressed, and be undressed.
i cant wait to get a shorter one that is only for the wrist...so lets hope my forearm heals fast, so i can bend my elbow again. i bet it will be a while tho, since its the long bone in my arm that broke the worst, and the wristbone wasnt as big of a deal. i am starting to get sick of the disability..i was fine, till i realized how much i cant do, or cant do well anymore. and it can be depressing and frustrating at times. probably not as much as the anorexicly skinny arm i will have in 6weeks. notlooking foreward to that.
i get to go back to work mon..but i dont know what i'll get to do. but i need the money and the ability to put that whole internship on my resume in order to get a good residency when i graduate. at least i am better at one hand typing now!
