it’s a variation of an email address/screenname I have had for a long while now. Also quite like the name of my once-functioning catering company.

i.e. Janice is the strung out rock star deep inside of me.
3. Do you still talk to your ex? Why?
I talk to my most significant exes frequently. The others, too, but more rarely. And all for very different reasons. But I think there is some part of me that believes I was cosmically drawn to these people for meaningful reasons. that we know each other well enough to not have to be too cool around each other, and so there is room to have amazing conversations and appreciation. These are the best things. And biblical exegesis.
4. What's your current relationship status?
Um, flat line? Although i have a pretty serious thing going with my fire escape. It’s very time consuming.
5. What exactly are you wearing right now?
my earth shoes, black pants, black shirt, beige drapey sweater. Everything is stretchy and soft. It’s very 37. it’s very I’m-going-to-the-ballet-with-my-aunt-tonight.
6. What is your current problem?
finding a replacement for my current job hell. getting rid of stuff in my room and keeping it in order. Occasional lonesomeness.
7. What do you love the most?
Singing. Water. Composting toilets. Outdoor showers. Being on stage. Peeing outside. Grilled vegetables. Sweet lemon things.
8. What makes you happiest?
cooking. organization. Being clean. theatrics. Alone time. Creation.
9. Are you musically inclined?
I fancy myself so. I think my summer projects include accordion lessons.
10. If you could go back in time, and change something, what would it be?
this is a ridiculous question. The holocaust? Slavery? The current presidency? (none of these things are equated here, please don’t jump to conclusions.) but in the realm of things I might actually have power to change on my own…I would have taken time off before college and figured out my shit a little.
11. If you MUST be an animal for ONE day what would you be?
A bird with a big wingspan. A hawk? I know very little about birds except that I want to be one.
12. Ever have a near death experience?
i once had a car accident that was incredibly scary, and potentially very bad, but everyone was totally unscathed.

um, yes. but not really out of malice. more like stupidity.

verbal ones, yes. physical ones of any serious nature, only with my brother.

this is a confusing question. the first thing i notice about people is their teeth and hair.

is this like a new kind of personality identification tool? i usually just use the bathroom and order myself to leave.

my wrist. also a finger.
23. Has anyone ever said that you look like a celebrity?
yes, though not for a long time. people used to say i looked like the noxema girl or whoever played felicity.

there is very little tv and movie watching in my life these days. so, n/a, but i am not disposed to not watching such things.
26. Do you wear braces?
not anymore but i sure did. and i’ve got the retainers to prove it.

it’s not something i really think about, so i’d say so.
28. What is the most romantic thing someone has ever done for you?
wrote me songs. serenaded me from the sidewalk to me in my room at the window. wrote me letters and made me books and slipped me poetry.
