Last I remembered... it was Thursday. What happened? I've been ease dropping in on conversations throughout the bakery. A lot of people are quitting. So what does that entitle to me? I'm not sure. Heather informed me that a local catering company is looking for a pastry chef, but that work is through contract and events. Brian sent me a text saying they are looking for another pastry chef at "Craft". I'm not sure anymore. Heather might be leaving soon as well...
It's hard, and I know I am to blame for this. But sleeping from 13:00 to 18:00 and staying awake until 2:00 and working till 11:00 is not really good. I was struggling so hard today to keep my eyes awake, I was worried I would get involved in another car accident on my way home.
Oh Jackie, I'm planning to order some of the equipment for your wedding cake... I need some double checking aproval before making the final purchase:
1. 3 gradual sizing cake pans to give the 3 tier effect: Round or Square?
2. What type of chocolate cake would you like? Rich, milk, double...
3. What type of frosting? French butter cream, Italian buttercream (slightly ivory color), fondant?
those are all the questions i have so far...
