(no subject)
Hey folks. Returned gome from Italy to two surprises on saturday. Herats winning the derby 4-1 was somewhat more enlightning than finding out i had to work 10-6 on Sunday. But still - despite being the only member of the group not hammered on saturday night (don't anyone evn try and disagree with that) - i'd still rather both had happened than niether. ps Thank you Dundee United, every little bit helps.
Despite being fucking freezing cold every day, Rome was a blast. This has thus prompted me to evaluate all the cities i've ever. Feel free to post and heat the debate.

SAN FRANCISCO - 16 (The city of trams and trannies, very cosmpolitan, interesting sights but could do with more. Too hilly lol. all in all, v. good)
SAN DIEGO - 11 (hmm, bit dirty, disorganised, shopping was ok tho but overall not brilliant)
FRESNO - 10 (Too small to really impact, but all we needed at that dtage was a macdonalds and a phone and we got it so well done)
LAS VEGAS - 13 (great for being origibnal but would get tiresome after a while)
TIJUANA - 7 ( it was a shithole, would have got a 3 had it not been for zebras randomly roming the streets)
SANTA BARBERA - 15 (undeniably beatiful but i'm after more than the weather and pretty sidewalks)
LOS ANGELES - 12 (pretentious, billed up by its surroundings yet occasionaly still whoa!)
WASHINGTON D.C- 19 (So clean, so political, so my place)
BALTIMORE - 16 (flawless, just not big enough to score higher)
PHILADELPHIA - 10 (don't know why but i just didn't like it)
BOSTON - 18 (Fabulous mixture of the modern with the historical. Most british american city)
BURLINGTON - 7 (shithole)
MONTPELLIER - 9 (americas smallest state capital was modestly decent)
NEW YORK CITY - 14 (undoubtedly unique but brilliance is rivaled by uneasinesss at times)
PROVIDENCE - 12 (best shopping mall i've ever been to accounts for higher than deserved mark)
ORLANDO - 10 (bit touristly, as you would expect)
TAMPA - 11 (nice, but blah)
MONTREAL - 8 (will always live in torontos shaddow)
QUEBEC CITY - 13 (quite beautiful actually, french impact prevents higher mark though)
TORONTO - 17 (my kind of city, best architecture i've seen,Very modern in a good way)
NIAGRA - 4 (take out the waterfall and its blackpool)
OTTOWA - 9 (it rained and iwas tired, probably deserves higher mark)
SEVILLE - 9 (run of the mill)
PARIS - 19 (thers just something about paris that appeals to every1. you know what i mean)
LILLE - 11 (similairish to glasgow in ways)
ROME - 13 (horrid people,brilliant sites but only need to see it once)
BODRUM - 6 (well its in Turkey what do you expect?)
LONDON - 17 (world's best theatre, and they use my language/currency - fabulous)
MANCHESTER - 9 (blah..........)
LIVERPOOL - 10 (blah but less so than manchester)
GLASGOW - 20 (generally just brillant in every way, except maybe anniesland)
INVERNESS - 8 (nice but limited)
STIRLING - 7 (dont get me started)
EDINBURGH - 13 (shelbyville to glasgows springfield, always the bridesmaid)
PHNOMM PENN - ? (Ok i've never been there)
