Okay, so I have seen more white people with dred-locks here than I have seen black people at all. Not black people with dreds..just black people. Amazing. This girl got on the bus today with dreds and I thought, "My mom would look great in those..." Not really.
I ate almost an entire meal with chopsticks today. My skills have majorly improved, but I'm still pretty slow. Especially when the vegetables are gleaming with olive oil and the chopsticks have some kind of smooth finish on them. I like rough chopsticks. Lots of grain, splinters, texture.
