see, it works like this:

the Bush admin has also cut funding for low-cost birth control previously available cheap on college campuses.

So, all those uppity college women will get pregnant, drop out of college, and get back in the kitchen where they belong

just in time to replace the 7.4 million kiddies who will croak off for lack of insurance funding from this veto.
