"I'm sorry I had to fight in the middle of your Black Panther party."
Summer? Sleep? I dont know. Here's my theory on sleep during the summer time. It's a known fact that all of us students/kids/adolescents, whatever you want to call them, become night owls during the summer time. We progressively push our "bedtime" further and further into the night, we force ourselves just to get a wink of sleep. Yes? No? Well, I believe that in order to restore a normal sleeping schedule, one must skip a night of sleep all together. It's genius. Then the next night you'll need to catch up on an entire nights rest.
I am currently testing out my theory. So far it's almost 2 o clock in the morning... I'm hoping for the best for my experiment. Apparently it's not working, but that's cool Im already feeling tired, and usually I'm not at this time. So score one Mike Lane, score zero anyone who doubts this kick ass theory of mine.
Although, there are some side effects. For instance, It seems I have developed a very slight case of schizophrenia. No, I'm not breaking down completely, but I was playing the guitar today and I swore I heard the doorbell ring several times over, or someone was knocking at the door. Those are only minor things, little diddlys that mean no harm. I wasn't very hungry either, but that's cool I watched some TV instead.
Since the school year is nearing, and all of us night owls must adjust back to a more normal sleeping pattern, I suggest all of you take a night off and just stay up talking about your life story to top it off.
