(no subject)
soooooo. the other day i wrote della a letter, basically saying what all i needed to say to her, so i wasn't in a screaming match whith her in the resturant.
Della, I'm not coming in anymore and I just thought I'd atleast give you some sort of notice before Friday. I have no problems with anyone up there besides you and Ken. You two are the most rude, and unreasonable people I've ever worked around. I don't understand why when I asked you if I could be a host, you told me it couldn't happen and there were no open spots, etc. Then only a few days later, you asked Aaron if he'd like to switch. It's not fair, but most of the management over there isn't anyway. Frankly, it doesn't matter anymore. I'll bring back my apron Friday.

Michael you have to look at yourself before you point the finger. I am always willing to work with crew that is willing to work in a positive way with me. You continuously cried the victim but when you continue in your future remeber you have to be the type of person your boss and other crew what to be around . I put crew in view of guest that are positive and unoffensive.I knew how you wouldve acted if i told you your uniform was incorrect. I didn't think you would act that way with the g.m. when you were in the wrong.anyway i knew you would quit and took you off but thanx for the note and good luck . think about what i said.
anyway. i had such a good night at work. i served two table because i was still training, & i'm going to do sign holding next week. haaa, it's kinda dumb, but it's $6.50 an hour, & serving is $2.13, plus tips. so when it's slow, i'm gonna hold the sign, then on weekends & busy nights, i'm serving! i know, that i've made a really good decision. & i have knew friends, which is better then anything.
