IT IS OVER
Second highest grade! Weeeee! *giggles*
IT IS OVER!!! I AM DONE WITH MY EXAMS AND I AM FINISHED WITH THIS SCHOOL FOREVER!!!
Of course, I don't "officially" graduate until tomorrow evening at the official graduation ceremony, but once you've finished your last exam you get to put on a silly hat that looks like this:

...to show that you are done and that you haven't failed your exams, lol. There are all kinds of traditions connected to the hats too -wearing them before you've finished brings bad luck, you write your last grade inside it and your friends can write little messages around it; and you're supposed to make dents in it when you do various things, but I don't remember all of those so that doesn't matter.
The boring details... My final exam grades look like this:
Written Danish - 9
Written French - 7
Written English 11
Spoken Danish - 11
Ancient studies - 10
Religion - 11
English - 13 (!)
Explanation of grades
My grade average, combined with my annual grades (in subjects where we don't have an exam our last grade is transferred to our exam diploma), is at 9.4, which is pretty good, lol. So I'm happy! *Squees a bit* And I get to wear my silly little hat for as looooong as I want to! The ultimate symbol that I have been through these three years of school and FINISHED!
The ironic thing about a lovely day as today is that it is pouring down outside, as well as it being really windy. I still feel like a little fluffy ball of happiness, lol. I'll probably be going out to dinner with my parents tonight, and then tomorrow and the day after we'll be doing the traditional driving around to everyone's houses while eating and drinking far too much. Tomorrow's also the day of the official graduation ceremony, and on Saturday we'll be having the family over for a little celebration. In other words, sleeping and relaxing will happen next week before I go off for the Roskilde Festival next Wednesday.
