Goodbye Vic
Last Friday we had a farewell party for our operations manager. Just a simple get-together: merienda at the pantry, with a game that tested how much we knew about Vic, and a video containing our farewell messages projected. Afterwards, it was inuman at Trelli's at the Fort. I was one of those who left early because I still had duty manager shift at 5 AM the next day. Sigh, things will be different in the office on Monday - the first day without our operations manager. He still does not have a replacement yet to date.
Goodbye Vic, thanks for all you've done for our team, and thanks for the memories. You'll be missed.

On a side note, I bought an electric cooking range yesterday (all electric: grill/oven/range) and an exhaust today. Got discounts for both, and free delivery. Still put a huge dent in my pockets though. Plus I received the first ever statement of account for my unit - detailing water expenses and association dues. I'm in dire need of moolah...
