Sky Cable service team mistakes causing gross inconvenience to the customer

I don't know who in Sky Cable will get to read the email on their mailbox, or if it will reach the appropriate parties, but putting it out there so that people know the kind of customer service that Sky Cable offers...

Sorry to read about this, Pumpkin. Believe me, I understand.

Agree to everything you said and all points apply to other companies as well - like my favorite, PLDT. LOL

Hallo Camikins! Yeah had a few bad experiences with PLDT then, booo them...
They finally arrived on Feb 3, Feb 2 palang tawag na kami ng tawag, panigurado lang baka magkagulo na naman :p Medyo naninibago pa rin akong may TV haha dati instinct ko pagpasok ng room, turn on TV, ngayon di pa masyado but getting there :p hehe
