im a mommy!
to a mouse that is... today my Boss was in the basement and found a baby mouse. He brought it upstairs to freak people out with it, but i kidnapped it and ive decided to take care of it(i would have returned it to its mum, but the bastard killed the rest of the litter and wont tell me where it is) hes a teeny little thing.. ide say probably a week old if that... hes got fur, but his eyes arent open yet. I got some of the powdered kitten formula which is okay for small animals too, and i mixed it up and successfully fed him his first meal with me. He will be coming everywhere with me in a nice warm container so i can feed him every few hours. I hope he lives... hes so cute... Ive named him Ilovelamp. Pictures, hopefully will come soon. Wish me luck!!! Any adice that anyone who has handraised mice before can give me would be greatly appreciated!!
