Everytime when I sent Dave back home, I would drive past the stretch of coffee shops along upper serangoon road. Finally got the chance to try the famous Ponggol Nasi Lemak during our mahjong dinner break at TC's apartment last evening. IMO, it's not worth the long queue. I ordered a drumstick, curry veg, luncheon meat and fried pan egg. The drumstick is good but the rest are just alright. Nothing fantastic and the price is quite steep. Next time round, I'm going to try the fried hokkien mee or minced meat noodle at the same coffee shop ...
