I maintain that The Jerk is the funniest movie ever.

i recently just started saying moo point again for some reason. it's so ridiculous.

Yeah, pretty much every line in that movie is sample-worthy.

Are you excited for Prince at the Superbowl (i.e., the only reason to turn on the TV that day)? I haven't gotten his (one?) album since Musicology, but I should. I thought he totally rocked out on SNL, back when he performed songs from it.

3121 is a bit of a let down in comparison to Musicology. but it's still pretty good. i still need to see him live.

i want to see if he does any prince antics at the superbowl, though. i doubt it since he's all Jehovah's witness...

why of course it is! it's a shot from Wong Kar Wai's 2046.

oh btw, my mathematician buddy i was telling you about is now in my prince rip-off band. he moved up here this summer after he got his masters in mathematics. we're actually playing tonight at the rock and roll hotel if you're interested. (although i know it's last minute).

I loooove me some Tony Leung. 2046 was good, but In The Mood For Love was better. And of course, Infernal Affairs.

I am all booked up tonight, but I am interested for future! Keep me updated. Do you ever play in B'more (I live near Annap/B'more now)?

well i can't say i share the same love for tony leung as you do, but i do share the same affinity for In The Mood For Love.

still haven't seen Internal Affairs, however.

i'll definitely keep you posted. i keep trying to play in B'more, but it's been a bust.
