Yesterday was Remember Me day

My plans for the Sunday was going to the movies. I wanted to watch two different movies (in two different places): Remember Me and A Single Man.
Remember Me was the first one. And it was surprisingly nice to watch it. Pattinson can be a good actor when he's not doing the anguish face (because that face is too fake). Emilie de Ravin, on the other hand, is wonderful to watch. She's beautiful and sweet and I truly like her since always.
It isn't a happy movie. Actually I cried a lot, specially at the end. But it was nice to watch non the less. We could empathize with the characters (even though I couldn't agree with Pattinson's character most of the time. He was a good guy, specially when he was with his sister, but he was too depressive to my taste) and the contrast between Tyler and Ally's personalities, the way they deal with their lost was at least interesting.
And it was amazing seeing Lena Oling as Tyler's mom. The same I can say about Chris Cooper as Ally's dad. Actually, I also enjoyed a lot Pattinson and Pierce Brosnan interaction.
All in all, it was worth the money I spent with the movie.

A Single Man unfortunately I couldn't watch. I went all the way to the movies (and it was really far away) but when I got there the machine had broken. I lost two ours of my life. It was infuriating.

When I got home I had started to watch From Paris With Love, but I confess I was too sleepy, so I aborted the mission and went to bed. (but I've also started to watch How I Met Your Mother. I don't like sitcoms, but people talk so much that I decided to give it a try).
