Well I started at music and arts last week. I'm working monday through friday 10am to 5pm. I get saturday and sunday off. It's been pretty cool so far. I really like the people I'm working with and my boss is AWESOME! I'm getting a fair amount of money when I get paid to. My feet hurt like hell and I've been having nightmares about the contract...seriously...I had a dream where I rented a violin to Dean Winchester from supernatural...freaky. And speaking of supernatural...I finished the second season the other day. HOLY CRAP I can't wait for the next season! This is one of the best series I've EVER had the pleasure of watching! It's about these two brothers Dean Winchester (The older brother) and Sam Winchester (The younger brother) who's mother was killed by a demon when Sam was six months old. It burned down their house and after-wards Dean and Sam's father gets a wee bit obsessed with killing all things supernatural. So Sam and Dean are trained from then on to hunt and kill all types of different beings. And the mythology that they get into in the series is absolutely AMAZING! The person who wrote the series went into the deepest and oldest lore for things such as Vampires, Demons, Skin-walkers, Ghosts, and so forth. It isn't the usual, drive a stake through their heart and they die type thing. In the Vampire ep they have that doesn't kill the Vampires at all. The only way to kill them was to cut off their heads...although poisoning them with dead man's blood did make them very sick and slowed them down. They also get into the fact that there is more than one type of ghost...namely more than one type of vengeful spirit. In the first ep they fight a vengeful spirit called a lady in white. This type of ghost is created by very specific circumstances that brings about her particular type of haunting. It's amazing how they use lore that most people don't know anything about...and they explain it in a way that the viewers can understand. Like salting and burning a corpse to get rid of the ghost. Anyway, I highly recommend this series to everyone...it's awesome.
