some recent cookery
due to popular demand (ok, DW asked), here is a dinner i made the other night...
when i decide to photo document my meals i always warn nat first that i'll be taking pictures since he and i cook together most times. he generally rolls his eyes but says ok. then he proceeds to act as if i never said a word and moves things along too quickly for me to get in the proper amount of photos to properly convey the meal. it's pretty annoying. at any rate, here are the three shots i managed to get of the baked spaghetti experiment- i say "experiment" as i've never attempted this meal before having "made it up" that day.
ingredients!
angel hair spaghetti, tomato sauce, mozerella and romano cheeses, olives and chicken basil sausage
before baking, layered thusly: pasta, sausage, sauce, olives, cheese
after baking, i sprinkled some oregano on top
outcome? it was delicious!
