What has happened to me? I was the smart one. I was the one that left elementary school at the TOP of the class. I was the one that got accepted to the MST Magnet program at Newburg, despite being a redneck kid from Fairdale. I was the one that left Hebron Middle with an award for being top 10 in the school. I was the one that left Bullitt County Public Schools and went to Saint X, completing all Honors and an AP course with a 3.9 GPA. I am the one that has successfully earned a cumulative 1.3 GPA for my first three semesters in college. No more. No fucking more. I just sent an email to my academic advisor regarding making an appointment to change my major. I plan on going through Business School, most likely majoring in CIS. Everything used to be so perfect. I knew what I was going to do with my life. I knew that I would make it through Speed without a problem. I knew that I was prepared. Fuck. What have I done, and, better yet, what the fuck am I going to do about it?
