OMG. hAVE TO SHARE THIS WITH SOMEONE
So I submitted my poem to the lit mag here, and an inside informant told me that:
I GOT THE HIGHEST SCORE OUT OF ALL THE POETRY SUBMISSIONS FROM THE READERS*
*submissions are sorted by art form (photo,fiction,nonfiction,poetry) and posted anonymously to a website that a team of readers then read and rate individually on a scale of 1-10 (then totalled to determine) on whether or not it should go in the lit mag. The fact that I got the best score out of about 30 poems is impressive. At least to me!!!!
