You know how, a long time ago, I once said that
geekiness is nothing but the perfect balm to a poor, unfortunate soul? Well, turns out I was right. Note that the circumstances in which I fall back upon such adages are the same as last time-to wit, Law and Math tests in the same week (although this time the stakes are higher, since we're talking about two finals).
Basically, what I'm trying to say here is,
this is my new cell phone wallpaper.
mighty183 @ deviantART And perhaps this goes a little way towards explaining how, by miraculous and inexplicable circumstances,
I ACED YESTERDAY'S LAW FINAL.
P.S. Apparently Israeli TV has an Elijah Wood clone named
Michael Moshonov? Who is very
cute? And yet,
totally flaming? And he plays the protagonist in some ridiculous teen TV series which my 4th-grader charges have convinced me to watch? Why did nobody tell me of this? Also, I-I may have acquired a new fandom, in which I am the only member. Again.
ETA: So this new TV series Moshonov plays in which I've spent the whole day watching instead of preparing for my Math final? IT IS HILARIOUS. I am heartened to see that the youth of our country are being nourished by a steady diet of geek and gamer culture. Moshonov, the hero, plays a semi-emo gamer and ~*~computer genius~*~ who calls himself 'Uberhacker'. Snarking aside, here's a quote:
"Brother, remember this well: reality is a lagger, and most of the users on it are noobs."
I salute you, writing team.
