oh my gosh!!
I just submitted my missions application, and I am scared to death!!! My top three choices are:
1. South Asia 5/25/2007-7/15/07
2. Peru 5/22/07-8/4/2007
3. British Columbia 6/8/2007-8/1/2007
Again Oh My Gosh!!! I just have to remember that "I can do all things through Christ who strenghens me," and He did say "Go and Tell." I just have to have faith that He will guide me through this process. The other options for places they can send me are:
Connie Maxwell Children's Home in Greenwood, SC
Kids Connexion traveling all over SC
Orlando, Florida
Arizona
East Asia
I would really be happy with any of them. British Columbia leaves the latest of all. The South Asia one is actually a specific country, but since it is "closed" to the gospel I can't say where it is. This also goes for the East Asia one although I don't believe it is that big of a security issue there. Please pray for me and everyone that is doing missions this summer. There is a chance that I won't get sent anywhere but it is always a possiblity. Wherever I get sent, I have to realize that I am supposed to be there for the glory of God.
Edit: All of my reference forms have been sent to the people that they need to be given to so everything is out of my hands...although of course with God it never was in my hands...
