A taste of my too far in depth thinking
Well, I havent updated for a while again. A combination of being too damn lazy and just not having enough time anymore to sit down and update has caused there to be a huge lapse. Whoopsies... sorry! Anyways, I was bored when I was drying the dishes and I was thinking about how im 16 already. I mean I've been dreaming of being 16 since I was a little girl, and it's here. I'm 16. I dont know why I've always dreamed of being specifically 16, I guess just because thats when you can drive and all the older influences I had in my life then were right around 15 or 16.
Stuff like that doesnt hit me until I really have the time to sit there and contemplate it all. And I ask myself stupid questions like did I take it all for granted? Or should I have done something that I didnt do or vice versa. I mean it all went so fast. It's here, I cant believe it.
Anyways, some rambling for you that you'll probably laugh at and then I'll probably laugh at tomorrow when I read over it, but it's definitely something to think about whatever age you are. And I'm sure theres logical answers for the questions and we all have our own versions. Yeah, moving right along...
Band camp started yesterday... we learned the 3rd song in the first show and went over the old parade routine so far. Attempted the drills with the bandies... hahah! That was a good time... not! It was crazy! We had like no room to walk and it wasnt anything we expected. At least not for me, it was just all craziness. We also learned our pace for the Macy's Day Parade. Two-hundred beats per minute, which is bascially like running while walking...? If that makes any sense at all..? We look like the biggest freaks though. I'm definitely excited though. We get better every day.
Umm, I think thats all I wanna update on for now... if I have anything else, I'm sure I'll be back.
