Moving on!
Hey all, before I divulge anything...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAM!! (Sorry for the delay, I would have called yesterday if not for horrible travel business, details to follow.) Congrats on your achievement of another year developing into the beautiful and wonderful woman that you are. I await many more birthday celebrations in the future and look forward to all the awesome things you will continue to do with your future. All my love!
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY JERID! (More regretful apologies for not calling, but my judge of day and date is very very off) I hope your birthday surrounded you with friends before your departure from California to Minnesota! I cannot await the tales of your adventures from there!
Okay, now on to business! Or maybe I should say vacation. Erin and I safely arrived in Virginia yesterday...several hours after when we were scheduled to. We arrived in different airports in D.C., which did not make picking up easy. Hurricane remnants caused much melee in D.C. and there for stranded us in Newark airport with stress and waiting, I went to no less than three different airline counters trying to get a flight out, it was ridiculous and at the end of the day I was exhausted.
We had a blast in NYC! Every day was jam packed with stuff! You know all the typical things: Broadway Show, touring Times Square, Yankee Game, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, WTC Site, Empire State Building, Central Park, 5th Avenue, several different museums, cruise around the island of Manhattan, LOTS of walking and various getting lost adventures.
Prior to that I had a great time in Florida, got totally sunburnt on the 4th and all and all had a very relaxing time with my aunt, uncle and cousin.
