WiP: Annie - League of Legends (Goth) ~ Part 3
Entschuldigt die Verspätung aber 3 Tage krank sein haben mich vom PC fern gehalten. Nun geht es aber weiter mit Part 3: das Kleid. Zunächst dachte ich "ach ist ja nur ein schwarzes Kleid" aber nein. Die Ärmel hatten es in sich und ich habe viele Fehler gemacht =/ Ich bin nicht zufrieden aber es ist ganz okay.. und es ist fertig.
Sorry for the delay but I was ill for 3 days which kept me away from the computer. But now the WiP will continue with Part 3: the dress. First I thought "ah well just a simple black dress" but no. The sleeves.. well the devil is in the details. I made many mistakes =/ I'm not satisfied but it's okay.. and it is finished!
Im Grunde ist das zunächst mal "nähen eines Kleides nach Burda-Schnitt" so wie ich es immer mache: Schnitte auf Folie übertragen (entfällt hier da ich den Schnitt schon öfter benutzt habe), Folienschnitte auf den Stoff stecken und darauf übertragen, ausschneiden, stecken, nähen (hier mit der Overlock). Reißverschluss hinten einsetzen. Kragenbeleg nähen. Vermutlich hätte ich einen Kragen angenäht aber meine Twin-Annie hatte eine Bluse drunter und ich orientiere mich ja an ihr. ^^
Basically the next step is a simple "sewing a dress after a burda pattern" doing like I always work: copy the pattern on plastic sheet (not needed here because I used this pattern many times before and already had my plastic sheet pattern), copy the pattern to the fabrics, cutting, pining, sewing (Overlock yay). Sewing in the Zipper. Sewing the neckline facing. I dare say that I would have sewn a collar but my Twin-Annie used a blouse underneath and I'm orientating on her dress to match her ^^
Die Stickereien hätte ich wohl nicht gemacht, zumal man schwarz-auf-schwarz kaum sieht und die Goth-Annie sie auf fast keiner Referenz hat. Aber es soll ja der Twin-Annie ähneln, also habe ich mich rangesetzt, Muster übertragen (die hatte ich von meinem Twin ja bekommen) und genäht.
I guess I would have ignored the embroideries, because you can't see black-on-black really good anyway and the Goth-Annie references don't have them too but I wanna match my twin so I finally sewed them (I got them from my twin so I have the identical pattern for it).
Die Ärmel. Eigentlich gehen Ärmel schnell.. eigentlich. (1 Fehler: zusammen nähen ohne die weißen Streifen) Zuschnitt. Dann Auf den Folienschnitt die weißen Streifen eingezeichnet und einzelne Schnitte draus gemacht. Vliesofix auf weißen Stoff gebügelt, Schnitte übertragen, ausgeschnitten und aufgebügelt. Reine Applizierarbeit, hält aber auf.
The sleeves. Actually sleeves can be done really fast... actually. (1. Mistake: Sewing the sleeves together withouth the white stripes) Cutting. Then I marked the white stripes onto the plastic sheet pattern and cutted out single white stripe pattern. Ironing the Vliesofix to my white fabrics, copy the pattern, cut it out, ironing again. Pure application work, but holds up a lot.
Die weißen Streifen müssen natürlich noch fest genäht werden. Dann wird der Ärmel zusammen genäht. Wenden und in das Kleid einnähen. (2. Fehler: Ärmel vertauscht, menno!) Die Ärmel enden unten nicht gerade. (3. Fehler: Einfach gerade umnähen) Warum habe ich also Mathematik studiert? Um mit Zirkel und Geodreieck einen passenden Schnitt zu konstruieren. xD Der wird dann an die Ärmel unten dran genäht.
You have to fix the white stripes first. Then I sewed the sleeves together and into the dress (2. Mistake: I mixed up the sleeves, damn!). The sleeves don't end straight. (3. Mistake: making a straight hemline) Why did I study maths at university? To construct a pattern with a pair of compasses and a set square. xD The pattern will be added to the sleeves.
Damit ist das Kleid fertig. Ich habe natürlich noch die Nieten an den Rocksaum gemacht. Auf der Büste hängt auch der Rucksack aus Part 2 =)
With that the dress is finished. I added the rivets to the skirt of course. On my dummy you can the backpack from Part 2 as well =)
Der nächste Teil ist vermutlich der letzte und beschäftigt sich mit der Perücke. Danach wird es noch einen Post mit "Complete" Bildern geben, mit mir drin statt dem Dummy xD
The next part is supposaply the last one and deals with the wig. After this I'll post again with "complete" pictures - with me not with the dummy xD
